What data we collect

Website visitors: This website does not collect personal data directly. We do not use contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, or analytics tools. Language preferences are stored locally in your browser only.

Patients: When you book an appointment, your data (name, contact information, health information relevant to your treatment) is collected and stored securely as part of your patient record, in compliance with Danish healthcare regulations (Sundhedsloven) and GDPR.

Legal basis for processing

Patient data is processed on the basis of: (1) contract — to provide physiotherapy services; (2) legal obligation — to comply with Danish healthcare documentation requirements; and (3) legitimate interest — to provide safe, continuous care.

Data retention

Patient records are retained for a minimum of 10 years after the last treatment, as required by Danish law (Journalbekendtgørelsen). After this period, data is deleted securely.

Your rights under GDPR

Third-party services

Appointments are managed through EasyPractice (easypractice.net), a GDPR-compliant booking and patient management platform. Please refer to their privacy policy for details on how they process data.

Complaints

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Authority) at datatilsynet.dk.
